Video test

In preparation for CrossFit Open, my first video taped workout - if 12 pullups constitute a workout. Note I cannot kip.

  1. Well, you've got the shirtless-Crossfitter thing down, so good on that. And I was shocked with your good full extension at the bottom, I know you play fast and loose with standards.

    Otherwise, you can't see the pull-up bar, so tough to tell if you're getting chin over. You'd be DQ'd for the Open. Sorry.

  2. I(double capitalized I to emphasize it) play fast and loose? Please note I didn't kip which is the ultimate cheating. OK - I can't kip which is why I don't cheat this way). I will try and alter the camera angle to catch the back of my high tech Iron Gym bar.
